Yesterday, i had a bad case of hives. My ears swelled up like opie, my lips and eyes had been massive and hives were all more than my back, breast, and arms. I took hydroxzine and benadryl which helped greatly, but why does this happen. This is the initial time that i had such a severe case….aid. Are there any natural remedies i could take to aid lessen the hives in the future.

You want to locate out what you are allergic to and then avoid it! Go to the physician to get an allergy test. He can also tell you what drugs to take if it takes place. Can I recommend chlorphenamine (piriton)? My boyfriend takes it when he smells nuts and it usually makes his symptoms go away quite swiftly.

acupuncture and/or homeopathy. i have been dealing with hives for almost a year. i was muscle tested (by acupuncturist), and was told what i was allergic to exactly. it was amazing. i was told more by my acupuncturist than any other doctor/allergist. regular docs don’t know crap and their tests suck. trust me, get an acupuncturist appt. and/or see a homeopathic doctor. i am in the process of getting treated using homeopathics. there is help! good luck and God be with you.
