i’m fostering a Pit but ever since we got her my girl has an itchy hive symptoms, can it really be from the dog? And if so how do we manage it?

Congratulation on your APBT. They are wonderful dogs.
However, if the dog is the only change in environment, it may be the pup causing what sounds to be like an allergic reaction. You may want to clean whatever the dog has been on, and give the dog a bath with a excellent shampooing. If symptoms remain, benadryl will support.

Its the dander. Get a air filter. It works. Make sure the dog lays on its own blankets and off the couches. The air filter? Although kinda loud? Lets my dog live inside with my siblings allergic.
